YUMMY FOOD

I LOVE a certain menu item at a nearby restaurant so much that I ate it there two nights in a row. I knew I needed to figure out how to make it myself. I rounded up what I thought composed the dish...chicken, chicken broth, wine, cavatappi, grape tomatoes, corn, garlic, feta.
It turned out good, but I think it still needs some tweaking.
I paired it with a goat cheese and roasted beet salad and topped it with balsamic dressing.
A couple days later I made a balsamic roasted veggie panini (r. red peppers, artichokes, zucchini, goat cheese,) and a salad with Green Goddess dressing. It all came together well and tasted really delicious.
